The game will be released in Europe on 5th March. The US will get it three days earlier.

North Americas official release date: March 2nd.

Europes release date: March 5th.

The announcement was made at EA’s gamescom press conference in Cologne. Top exec Patrick Soderlund promised BF: BC2 will “redefine online multiplayer gaming”. An impressive trailer followed, complete with plenty of guns, bombs, tanks and things going bang. There is no doubt that BF:BC2 looks like a totally new game compared to the 1st release. The GFX are polished, new options added and the multiplayer looks terrific.
