Videos of people opening authentic looking Battlefield 3 boxes are finding their way to Youtube. At first, most people were passing them off as fake or to boost their subscriber count, but they’re legitimate boxes. These boxes do NOT contain the Battlefield 3 game or manual, but contain the codes for pre-order bonuses (physical warfare pack, SPECACT kit, etc.) Even the Steel book edition of Battlefield 3 has been seen.

There has been no information as to whether or not these boxes will be available in the US. Certain retailers in Europe are offering the boxes at the price of ~$10. So far videos for the Steelbook, PS3, and Xbox 360 Battlefield 3 versions have been seen.
