headset problem ingame

hey i got problem with ingame headset
when i add a friend to my squad at the main menu i can talk to eachother but when i go ingame the headset suddenly stop working
NOTE  ,,   we are in the same squad and also our voip is on squad

anyone else got this ?
and how can i fix this

also sometimes when i join a game with my squad we both end up in diffrent team

We have issues as well. Its like listening to someone on a bad cell phone signal. I tweeted BF and they said they were aware of the issue and working on it. PS3 BTW.

Gents:

I am not sure if is a game issue or my headsets...  I have a difficult time hearing behind me.  Any idea what I might look at to isolate this issue?
