HELP! New xbox for Christmas and now can't get online!?

Hey...  Just got upgraded to the new slim for Christmas (from the old 2006 version!).  Bought BF3 in November, been playing online since then.  Now that we got the new Xbox, I switched my profile over and the stuff on the hard drive, but BF3 won't let me get back online, it says I need a code.  I ALREADY ENTERED THE CODE in November!  However, I entered in again, and it told me my code was already redeemed.  WTF?  So now it's asking if I want to purchase the online pass!?  Well, that CAME WITH THE DAMN GAME when I bought it over a month ago?  Why the heck is it asking me to buy it again just because I got a new Xbox!?  Does ANYBODY out there know how to get around this!?  Thank you in advance!
