Xbox: Opening doors on multiplayer?

I have been playing the game since release and noticed that in the same game, doors that were closed/locked, are later unlocked, sometimes without me leaving the building. The doors are completely open, not destroyed or something, and sometimes they later close again. I have tried everything from shooting the hinges and locks, to using a rocket directly on one, with no such outcome.

Am I missing something in the controls or is it just a glitch/cheat that will be fixed.
